The summer of 2022 has seen a large increase in bookings. To ensure you get the personalized attention that Dolphin Water Taxi is famous for, if your travel is within the next 3 days please make sure you text either your last name or submission number to 340-774-2628 so your booking is not missed.

ARRIVALS: To enter through BVI customs at West End Tortola, all Dolphin Water Taxi guests over 16 must be vaccinated.

RETURNS: Guests returning to the USVI must complete the USVI entry portal again and get the green code for re-entry after their BVI trip. Dolphin Water Taxi is authorized to pick up at any dock throughout the BVI and return you all the way through to the St Thomas airport or USVI hotel.

NOTE: In either direction there is a 6 guest minimum fare base.

100% Private - We can often offer 100% private rides for those who prefer that experience from beginning to end in our cab and boat. Monday-Thursday this has a minimum of 6 passenger fare-base, 8 passenger fare-base on the weekends Friday-Sunday. Ride Share – Groups of 8 or more wishing to hare a ride with two or four more onboard enjoy a $20 per person discount. Share – Groups are combined together so everyone can benefit from the lowest rate. Some flexibility is required.

There are no charges for trips cancelled due to weather or maintenance. Other cancellations can be made ONLY by email at info@dolphinshuttle.com, as this creates a cancellation record. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled trip, or no-shows are 100% non-refundable and subject to the full value of the ticket price.
