There are no charges for trips cancelled due to weather or maintenance. Other cancellations can be made ONLY by email at info@dolphinshuttle.com, as this creates a cancellation record. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled trip, or no-shows are 100% non-refundable and subject to the full value of the ticket price.
