Book an Air or Water Taxi Between The USVI & BVI

You may cancel your reservation at any time for any reason up until 7248 hours of travel for no charge/ 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7248 hours of travel are non-refundable and will incur a charge equivalent to a one-way fare. If your flight is delayed and arrives after 5:40 PM, you may reschedule your fare for the next morning at no additional charge, or receive a full refund. There are no charges for trips canceled due to weather or maintenance issues. Cancellations can only be made by emailing info@dolphinshuttle.com. Cancellations made within 7248 hours of the scheduled fare or no-shows are 100% non-refundable and subject to the full charge.

Dolphin normally processes payment on the date of travel. However, depending on your circumstances, Dolphin may partially or fully process payment at any time after a booking is made. We authorize Dolphin to process payment at any time following the submission of this booking. Additionally, we acknowledge that we can cancel for a full refund up to 7248 hours before travel. Cancellations must be made in accordance with Dolphin's Cancellation Policy, as summarized above.

We understand that there is a minimum fee for a 5-guest charter to Tortola and a 6-guest charter to Virgin Gorda. Dolphin will do everything possible to meet this minimum fare and provide us with the best rate available. However, please note that Dolphin cannot guarantee this will always be achievable. On the day before our travel, we will have the option to either pay the minimum fare or cancel without penalty.

We understand that Dolphin will never sell or misuse our information. We acknowledge and agree that any booking, passport, payment, or other information we provide to Dolphin or its affiliates for booking purposes is given voluntarily. Dolphin may use this information as she sees fit.

I acknowledge that everyone in my group understands the risks of boating in the waters of the Virgin Islands. Myself and all travelers agree to hold Dolphin Water Taxi and its agents harmless from any injuries which may occur during transportation, both on land and sea.
